dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se adelantó un análisis real del mercado de la construcción en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, con el fin de identificar la necesidad de servicios que actualmente se requieren en el sector para la ejecución de los proyectos de infraestructura de la región, además se evaluó la necesidad de poner en marcha un plan de negocios que pudiese atender dichas necesidades, con dichos análisis de la información tomada de las empresas existentes en el sector se logra determinar que son muchas las necesidades del sector en los cuales las asesorías profesionales podrían ayudar que la ejecución de los proyectos se adelante de una manera eficiente en los tiempos requeridos y con los recursos disponibles, es así que la creación de la empresa de asesorías se hace viable debido a que el mercado actual del sector en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga requiere de este tipo de servicios.
