dc.descriptionRESUMEN Las competencias como asunto clave en la educación superior exigen un debate crítico en el contexto universitario que permita construir un marco teórico afín a las condiciones y necesidades de formación. Este artículo inicialmente sitúa las competencias como tema fundamental en algunos escenarios o eventos internacionales que se constituyen en principal fuente de consulta para construir un discurso propio; en segundo lugar, se presentan diversos conceptos de competencia desde los cuales se evidencian atributos recurrentes como capacidad, habilidad y desempeño; finalmente, se expone la relación currículo y competencias y deja en evidencia la necesidad de replantear la perspectiva pedagógica, curricular y didáctica que direcciona la formación en la Educación Superior.  es-ES
dc.descriptionABSTRACT The competence as key subject in the superior education demands a critical debate in the university context that allows constructing to a compatible theoretical frame to the conditions and necessities of formation. This article initially locales the international competence like fundamental subject in some scenes or events that are constituted in main source of consultation to construct an own speech; secondly, diverse concepts of competence appear from which recurrent attributes like capacity, ability and performance are demonstrated; finally, the relation is exposed curriculum and competence and leaves in evidence the necessity to reframe the pedagogic, curricular and didactic perspective that orientate a the formation in the Most top Education.KEYWORDS: Competences, Higuer education,  Personal formation,  Curriculum.en-US
