__________________________________________________________________
dc.description.abstractenglish | In the present study was evaluated the reactivity of thermal in a batch reactor for six (6) vacuum residues obtained from mixtures crudes using of techniques thermogravimetry and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR), in order to study and evaluate the effect of composition and chemical structure. The tests of thermogravimetry were performed increasing the temperature from 25 ° C to 650 ° C with heating rates of 5-10-15 ° C / min on a TA Instruments TGA thermobalance / 2050, in an inert atmosphere controlled with nitrogen flow of 50 ml / min. The kinetic parameters were determined using the differential method from models proposed in literature that best were adjusted to the data considering the coefficients of determination and mean square error. The trend to the stages of distillation and thermal cracking, of which presented activation energies in the range of 117.25 to 292.37 [KJ mol -1] and 391.90 to 739.86 [kJ mol -1], respectively. Additionally, reactivity tests in a batch reactor for vacuum waste fraction and Maltenes in the temperature range of 430-500 ° C in nitrogen atmosphere at 120 psi for 20 minutes were performed to evaluate the contribution of each of fractions in the formation of products. Meanwhile, the study of chemical structure on the reactivity of vacuum residue was determined from the molecular parameters to average, by infrared spectroscopy FTIR-ATR. Subsequently, were developed the predictive correlations of the products obtained in the batch reactor with deviations below 2.47%, in function of the molecular parameters average, and operation temperature. The results indicate that the behavior of the vacuum residue during thermal cracking depends on the nature and compositional SARA. _______________________________________________________________
