dc.description.abstractEn Santander, existen cerca de 98 pequeñas y medianas empresas manufactureras en la industria alimenticia que no cuentan con certificaciones de normas Iso en sistemas de gestión ambiental o sistemas de gestión de calidad, y esta cifra crece anualmente cerca de 10%, para empresas del sector de alimentos obtener una certificación en calidad y gestión ambiental contribuye a posicionarse en el mercado y generar ventajas competitivas. Teniendo en cuenta lo mencionado anteriormente y analizando la amplitud del mercado en la actualidad, se decide crear Consultores CGA, una empresa encargada de prestar un servicio de asesoría y consultoría a pequeñas y medianas empresas de la industria de alimentos en Santander, brindando atenciones personalizadas para garantizar la certificación en normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. Se realizó un estudio de mercados, el cual permitió identificar y conocer las necesidades de la demanda potencial. De igual forma se analizó el mercado y se generaron estrategias de precio y marketing. En resumen, se determinó una inversión inicial funcionamiento de los tres primeros meses, el cual se proyecta iniciar con 16 planes de asesoría y/o consultoría de normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001, incrementando aproximadamente un 15% su valor anualmente en el horizonte del proyecto. Con los valores de ventas y precios de planes se obtuvo gracias a un modelo de proyección para el fondo financiero de proyectos de desarrollo (FONADE) una Tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 37,29%, un Valor actual neto (VANviable y rentable el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn Santander, there are about 98 small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in the food industry that companies do not have ISO standards certifications in environmental management systems or quality management systems, and this figure grows annually by about 10%, for companies in the sector of Food obtain a certification in quality and environmental management contribute to a position in the market and generate competitive advantages. Taking into account the above and analyzing the breadth of the market today, we decided to create Consultores CGA, the company responsible for providing advisory and consulting services to small and medium companies in the area of food industry in Santander, providing personalized attention to ensure certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. A market study was carried out, which allowed us to identify and know the needs of the potential demand. Similarly, the market was analyzed and price and marketing strategies were generated. In summary, an initial inversion of $84'893.222 was determined, necessary for the assembly and operation of the first three months, which is estimated to start with 16 plans of advising and/or consulting of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 norms, increasing approximately 15% in value annually over the project horizon. With the sales values and prices of plans, we obtained through a projection model for the financial fund for development projects (FONADE) an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 37.29%, a Net Present Value (NPV) of $75,383.77, and an inversion recovery period of 1 year and 9 months, which makes the project viable and cost-effective.
