dc.description.abstractTeniendo en cuenta el crecimiento del turismo generado en los últimos años en el departamento de Santander específicamente en el corredor vial San Gil Barichara, se ha detectado una oportunidad de negocio, apoyada en el valor de la marca que transmite la Franquicia. El dinamismo de este sector permite que se realice el estudio de prefactibilidad, que busca conocer la viabilidad del montaje del Restaurante; mediante el análisis de características propias del entorno detallando la dimensión económica, política, social; el estudio de mercados donde se analiza la oferta, demanda, precio, producto, luego se realiza un estudio técnico donde se define localización, maquinaria y equipo, recursos necesarios para el funcionamiento del negocio, además se describen los principales procesos y la estructura organizacional de la empresa, posteriormente se realiza un estudio legal donde se establecen las normativas que tienen que ver con la franquicia y por ultimo un estudio financiero donde especifica las inversiones, costos y análisis de Ingresos y Egresos requeridos, al igual que los flujos de caja proyectados definiendo los principales indicadores de rentabilidad como son la Tasa Interna de Retorno y el Valor Presente Neto. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones obtenidas de cada uno de los estudios realizados. 1 Proyecto de Grado. Modalidad
dc.description.abstractenglishGiven the growth of tourism generated in recent years in the department of Santander specifically in the corridor San Gil Barichara, it has been detected a business opportunity, based on the value of the brand that franchising. The dynamism of this sector allows the prefeasibility study, which seeks to understand the feasibility of mounting restaurant is made by; analyzing the characteristics of the environment detailing the economic, political, social dimension; the study of markets where supply, demand, price, product is analyzed, then a technical study that location, machinery and equipment, resources needed to manage the business is conducted is defined also the main processes and organizational structure are described the company, then a law firm where regulations that deal with the franchise are set and finally a financial study which specifies the investment costs and Analysis of Revenues and Expenditures required for this case is performed as projected cash flows defining key performance indicators such as the Internal Rate of Return and Net Present Value. Finally the conclusions given from each of the studies are presented. 3
