dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene la finalidad de evaluar el sistema de producción actual de un campo perteneciente a la cuenca del Caguan-Putumayo, puesto que este siendo un campo maduro presenta una baja productividad, de esta manera se hizo conveniente realizar un estudio mediante la técnica de análisis nodal con el propósito de determinar oportunidades que conlleven a la optimización de la producción. Para llevar a cabo este estudio, se realizó una recolección de información correspondiente a las características principales del campo con el fin de generar un modelo de simulación mediante un Software Especializado, por medio del cual es posible evaluar eficientemente los componentes de un sistema de producción desde fondo de pozo hasta el sistema de recolección. Los componentes propuestos para ser modificados fueron los siguientes: diámetro de la tubería de producción, disminución de la presión en cabeza de pozo, frecuencia de operación de las bombas de cada S.L.A (Bombeo Mecánico, Bombeo Electrosumergible) y tiros por pie (recañoneo), teniendo en cuenta los parámetros técnicos que garantizan la el óptimo funcionamiento y desempeño de los equipos de bombeo. De igual forma se identificaron las limitaciones hidráulicas en el sistema actual de red de superficie. Los resultados del estudio fueron evaluados técnica y financieramente, garantizando de esta manera la selección más adecuada de las modificaciones que conllevan al escenario de mejor producción para el campo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project has the purpose of evaluating the current production system of a field belonging to the Caguan-Putumayo basin, since this being a mature field presents a low productivity, in this way it became convenient to carry out a study using the technique of Nodal analysis with the purpose of determining opportunities that lead to the optimization of production. To carry out this study, was collection of information corresponding to the main characteristics of the field generating a simulation model using the Specialized Software, through which it is possible to efficiently evaluate the components of a production system from the bottom of the well to the collection system. The proposed components to be modified were: production pipe diameter, well head pressure reduction, operating frequency of the pumps of each SLA (Mechanical Pumping, Electrosumergible Pumping) and Shot Per Feet, taking into account the technical parameters that Guarantee the optimum performance of pumping equipment. Likewise, the hydraulic limitations were identified in the current surface network system. The results of the study were evaluated technically and financially, thus guaranteeing the most appropriate selection of the changes that lead to the scenario of better production for the field.
