dc.description.abstractLa idea de llevar a cabo la evaluación de los problemas de integridad de pozos es dar a conocer algunas pautas que permitan minimizar los incidentes causados antes, durante y después de la perforación de un pozo petrolero. Con este proyecto se analizó la integridad durante el ciclo de vida de tres (3) pozos productores de un determinado campo, evaluando criterios tales como la historia de los pozos en donde se involucran el tiempo de construcción, el tiempo de inactividad, el número de intervenciones en los últimos cinco años, la agresividad de corrosión y la estabilidad de la formación; el sistema de levantamiento artificial en donde se presentan el tipo de levantamiento, el monitoreo en cabeza de pozo y el estado de las válvulas en la superficie; el estado del revestimiento en donde se evidencia la existencia del cemento, el estado del cemento, la pérdida de espesor del revestimiento y el daño mecánico; se evalúan los efectos del recobro mejorado en donde se involucran el tipo de recobro y la afectación por recobro y finalmente se evalúa el impacto que pueden ocasionar dichos pozos. Después de analizar los criterios, mediante el uso del modelo de jerarquización analítica se obtuvo la priorización de los pozos en donde se evidencio que el pozo de mayor priorización fue el pozo A2. Por último, se realizó un plan de evaluación y manejo de la integridad de pozos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe idea of conducting the assessment of well integrity problems is to provide some guidelines to minimize incidents before, during and after drilling an oil well. With this project, the integrity during the life cycle of three (3) producing wells of a given field was analyzed, evaluating criteria such as the history of the wells where construction time, downtime, the number of interventions in the last five years, the aggressiveness of corrosion and the stability of the formation are involved; the artificial lifting system where the type of lift, the wellhead monitoring and the state of the valves on the surface are presented; the condition of the coating where the existence of the cement is evident, the state of the cement, the loss of thickness of the coating and mechanical damage; the effects of improved recovery are evaluated where the type of recovery and the affectation by recovery are involved and finally the impact that these wells can cause is evaluated. After analyzing the criteria, using the analytical hierarchy model, the prioritization of the wells was obtained where it was evidenced that the well with the highest prioritization was the A2 well. Finally, a plan for the evaluation and management of the integrity of wells was carried out.
