dc.description.abstractLos grandes puertos marítimos tienen como objetivo principal prestar un servicio de almacenamiento, despacho y recibo; procesos en los cuales se tiene que asegurar la calidad y confiabilidad del producto, la calidad de los procesos y del servicio. ALGRANEL S.A., debe cumplir normas internacionales y estándares de calidad que certifiquen que el servicio, los procesos y el producto se encuentran en los parámetros exigidos, debido a que un mal manejo conllevaría a una sanción por el Ministerio de Industria y Comercio, y detrimentos económicos con el cliente. Por tal razón, en este trabajo en modalidad práctica empresarial se realizó un análisis de riesgo completo de las operaciones en planta usando la metodología HAZOP, para medir y cuantificar el riesgo de los procesos de recibo, despacho, almacenamiento, además del procedimiento de toma de muestra para cada uno ellos, haciendo recomendaciones específicas en los puntos donde no se encuentre control correctivo, y así poder determinar la operación con mayor riesgo en planta. Con esta metodología se determinó que la toma de muestras es el procedimiento con mayor riesgo operativo y no tiene control correctivo, por tanto, con la finalidad de mitigar este riesgo se realiza un protocolo para tener control y supervisión de este proceso. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main seaports have as main objective to provide a storage, dispatch and receipt service, processes in which they have to ensure the quality and reliability of the product, the quality of the process and the service. ALGRANEL S.A., must comply with international standards and quality standards to certify that the service, the process and the product are in the required parameters, because mishandling would lead to a sanction by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and economic detriments with the customer. For this reason, in this work in the modality: Business Practice, a complete risk analysis of plant operations was carried out using the HAZOP methodology, to measure and quantify the risk of plant operations of receipt, dispatch and storage, as well as the sampling procedure for each one of the processes making specific recommendations in the points where corrective control is not found, and thus be able to determine the operation with the greatest risk in the plant. With this methodology it was determined that sampling is the procedure with the highest operational risk and does not have corrective control, therefore, in order to mitigate this risk, a protocol is made to have control and supervision of this process. *
