dc.description.abstractUno de los métodos que en los últimos años ha tomado distinción, es el uso de agua inteligente, el cual, su formulación viene dada ajustando la composición y concentración de iones presentes en esta. Austad et al. (2017) señala que este método de recuperación de crudo cumple su propósito “cuando la cantidad de petróleo movilizado por alteración de la mojabilidad y aumento de la imbibición espontánea es mayor que la captura capilar del petróleo debido al aumento de la mojabilidad del agua en la roca”. En este trabajo de grado se realizará un estudio conceptual a diversas investigaciones e implementaciones científicas de la tecnología “aguas inteligentes” hechas a diferentes yacimientos y a distintos tipos de crudo, con el fin de realizar un paralelo entre esta información y los datos suministrados por la empresa Cepsa S.A del yacimiento a tratar. Este paralelo se hará con el propósito de determinar la viabilidad de esta tecnología y en un caso hipotético de considerar una viabilidad favorable, generar una formulación del agua inteligente que pueda llegar a ocasionar un impacto en el recobro del yacimiento tratado, ubicado en un campo en los Llanos Orientales.
dc.description.abstractenglishOne of the methods that in recent years has taken distinction, is the use of smart water, which, its formulation is given by adjusting the composition and its concentration of ions presents in it. Austad et al. (2017) points out that this method of oil recovery fulfills its purpose “when the amount of mobilized oil by altered wettability and increased spontaneous imbibition is greater than the capillary capture of oil due to the increase in the water wettability in the rock". In this degree work, a conceptual study of various investigations and scientific implementations of the “smart water” technology made to different reservoirs and different types of crude will be carried out, in order to make a parallel between this information and the data provided by the company Cepsa SA of the reservoir treated. This parallel will be made with the purpose of determining the viability of this technology and, in a hypothetical case of considering a favorable viability, to generate an smart water formulation that may have an impact on the oil recovery of the treated reservoir, located in a field in Llanos Orientales
