dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de este trabajo, es construir una metodología que permita el cálculo de potencial de un pozo en tiempo real. Para esto se utilizó un diseño investigativo con enfoque cuantitativo. El primer paso a seguir fue el análisis de las metodologías existentes, para el cálculo de producción en tiempo real. Con estos modelos se estableció una metodología con el cual fuera posible y mediante iteración de los datos obtenidos en los diferentes gradientes de presión, calcular la producción en tiempo real. Para la implementación de esta metodología, se desarrolló la herramienta computacional utilizando el programa Excel_SAMARIA, el cual permite ingresar los datos generales del campo, información de yacimiento y pruebas reales de producción. Como resultado SAMARIA calcula el gradiente de presión con la correlación Hagedorn-Brown, el IPR del pozo con el modelo compuesto de Darcy y las curvas de Bo, densidad y GOR dentro de la tubería de producción. Finalmente, los resultados comparado con datos reales, muestra una variación de la producción de aceite con promedios menores al 1,27 % y los generados por el simulador SAMARIA para datos aleatorios extraídos de 2017 y 2018, que oscilan entre 0,1% y 4,1% para el índice de productividad. Encontrando así una herramienta en la optimización y toma de decisiones en el área de producción. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main objective of this work is to build a methodology that allows the calculation of potential of a well in real time. For this, a research design with a quantitative approach was used. The first step to follow was the analysis of the existing methodologies, for the calculation of production in real time. With these models, a methodology was established with which it was possible and by iteration of the data obtained in the different pressure gradients, to calculate the production in real time. For the implementation of this methodology, the computational tool was developed using the Excel_SAMARIA program, which allows entering the general data of the field, reservoir information and real production tests. As a result, SAMARIA calculates the pressure gradient with the Hagedorn-Brown correlation, the IPR of the well with the Darcy composite model and the Bo, density and GOR curves within the production pipeline. Finally, the results compared with real data show a variation of oil production with averages less than 1.27% and those generated by the SAMARIA simulator for random data extracted from 2017 and 2018, ranging between 0.1% and 4%. , 1% for the productivity index.
