Aproximacion critica a la evaluacion en clinica medica

| dc.description.abstract | Ante el avasallador empuje que se viene dando, tanto desde el punto de vista de la información, como de la tecnología en las ciencias de la salud, con el lógico acompañamiento de los necesarios cambios en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, se hace necesario hacer una reflexión del quehacer docente, de los currículos y sus contenidos, de las estrategias evaluativas y su utilidad, de tal manera que, en la medida que se necesite, se establezcan las reacomodaciones pertinentes que nos permitan el dinamismo que los avances de la medicina y otras ciencias de la salud nos están exigiendo. Acá realizamos un análisis de las estrategias que se están utilizando en la clínica médica y en especial en el departamento de cirugía, tanto en el proceso de enseñanza como en en el de aprendizaje; planteamos algunos de los cambios que están llevando algunas escuelas de nuestro entorno y de Norte América, sugiriendo la adopción de algunas de esas estrategias. Finalmente se resalta y sustenta la gran utilidad de coevaluar como metodología más idónea, pertinente y justa de evaluación y realimentación de todo el proceso. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Before the overpowering push that one comes giving, so much from the point of view of the information, as of the technology in the sciences of the health, with the logical accompaniment of the necessary changes in the teaching processes and learning, it becomes necessary to make a reflection of the educational chore, of the curricula and their contents, of the strategies of evaluation and their utility, in such a way that, in the measure that is needed, the pertinent variations that allow us the dynamism settle down that the advances of the medicine and other sciences of the health are demanding us. Here we carry out an analysis of the strategies that are using in the medical clinic and especially in the surgery department, so much in the teaching process like in that of learning; we outline some of the changes that are taking some schools of our environment and of North America, suggesting the adoption of some of those strategies. Finally it is stood out and it sustains the great co evaluation utility like more suitable, pertinent and fair methodology of evaluation and feedback of the whole process.
