dc.description.abstractLa PRESIDENCIA DE LA REPUBLICA DE Colombia en su PLAN NACIONAL DE DESARROLLO 2010-2014 Alcanzar una producción de hidrocarburos de 1,4 millones de barriles diarios es posible cumplirlo pero Colombia está en proceso de desarrolló de proyectos para poder movilizar esta producción diaria porque no tiene la suficiente infraestructura de transporte para poder poner en puerto o en las refinerías este crudo producido. En el 2011 se transportaron en promedio 1024 KBPD5 pero no todo en oleoductos, un porcentaje considerable se hace en carrotanques, operación que se cada vez tiene consecuencias ambientales, sociales y económicas. Partiendo de la necesidad expresada en el párrafo anterior, en este documento se encontrara un análisis económico de la ampliación de la capacidad de transporte del Oleoducto SEBASTIÁN - MONTEPRINCIPE. En primera instancia se realiza un análisis técnico del escenario del sistema para identificar las máximas condiciones operativas, obteniendo como resultado la capacidad operativa del oleoducto como sistema. Se fórmula proyecciones de los campos de producción que entrega a la estación Sebastián y sus necesidades de transporte por oleoductos. Seguidamente, se realiza un balance y un ponderado de la necesidad de transporte de la zona. Se realiza un estudio conceptual de la infraestructura que se requiere en el sistema, para la ampliación del oleoducto con el objeto de conocer el valor de la inversión requerida. Así como también se realiza una evaluación de costos operativos para saber el valor del OPEX. Se evalúa las proyecciones del aumento de capacidad de transporte con las tarifas y costos operativos donde se determina la viabilidad del proyecto. 3
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia in its National Plan of Development 2010-have the necessary transport infrastructure to move the crude to the port or there finery. For this reason, it has been needed develop new projects in order to get improvements in this topic in 201, an average of 1024 KBPD was transported mainly by oil pipelines and trucks. The transport by trucks has increased notably at the same time that environmental, social and economic consequences. Keeping in mind the necessity of improving the transport infrastructure, this document introduces an economic feasibility study about the increase in the transport capacity of SEBASTIAN MONTEPRINCIPE oil pipeline. Firstly, it was made a technical analysis of the system in order to identify the highest operational conditions. Through this first analysis the operational capacity of the oil pipeline like system was determined. Then, by identifying the required transport by oil pipelines of production camps that deliver the crude to Sebastian station, it was possible to determine the required transport for the zone. In order to identify the investment required for the expansión of oil pipeline, it was elaborated a conceptual analysis about the infrastructure. In addition, the operational costs were evaluated to understand the OPEX value. Finally, they were analyzed the projections about the transport capacity, rates and expenses in order to determine the project feasibility.
