| dc.description.abstract | El Centro Multisectorial SENA Regional – Sucre, para mejorar su gestión administrativa en forma integral y responder a los cambios sociales y tecnológicos, es necesario adoptar políticas de manejo que aporten valor agregado al objeto de su existencia, la formación profesional. Una de las debilidades identificadas en estos momentos desde el punto de vista de gestión, es el mantenimiento, el cual es una actividad importante que debe contribuir al mejoramiento del servicio que se ofrece a la sociedad estudiantil. Área como la gestión de mantenimiento, resulta vital para la optimización y control de la institución. La propuesta de crear una estructura organizacional para la gestión del mantenimiento, además de ser una alternativa de solución, también puede ser una oportunidad para que todos los usuarios del centro, directivos, docentes, trabajadores y alumnos pongan en práctica diariamente actividades de planeación, programación, ejecución y control en las acciones de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo. Con la creación del departamento y el diseño del programa de mantenimiento, se suministran los elementos necesarios para administrar el mantenimiento en el Centro Multisectorial SENA Regional – Sucre, con resultados que se traducen en una mayor disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos y las instalaciones, así mismo altamente competitivos y eficientes. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Center Multisectorial SENA Regional - Sucre, to improve its administrative administration in integral form and to respond to the social and technological changes, is necessary to adopt political of handling that contribute value added to the object of its existence, the professional formation. One of the weaknesses identified in these moments from the administration point of view, is the maintenance, which is an important activity that should contribute to the improvement of the service that offers to the student society. Area like the maintenance administration, are vital for the optimization and control of the institution. The proposal to create a organizational structure for the management of the maintenance, in addition to being a solution alternative, also can be an opportunity so that all the users of the center, directors, educational, working and students daily put in practice activities of planning, programming, execution and control in the actions of medium repair and preventive. With the creation of the department and the design of the maintenance program, the necessary elements are given to administer the maintenance in the Center Multisectorial SENA Regional - Sucre, with results that they are translated in a bigger readiness and dependability of the teams and the facilities, likewise to be highly competitive and efficient. | |
