dc.description.abstractLa enseñanza del derecho se ha venido desarrollando por décadas, en forma magistral y apoyada por profesores que no se dedican de tiempo completo a la docencia, razón por la cual muchos de ellos, carecen de la preparación suficiente para enseñar. Por este motivo procede a asumir los estilos pedagógicos que los marcaron favorablemente en su época de estudiantil. Ante esta situación, la docencia planteada en esta monografía, es aquella que permite combinar, diferentes estrategias de enseñanza para el logro de aprendizajes significativos, puesto que pretende desarrollar las potencialidades del estudiante de derecho, con miras a iniciarlos como verdaderos juristas. Efectivamente con el seminario alemán se propone a desarrollar las competencias investigativas, argumentativas y de síntesis del estudiante; mediante de la casuística, el estudiante conocerá que debe dar una aplicación correcta de la norma disciplinaria en la resolución de problemas, recurriendo el razonamiento jurídico, explicando legalmente el por qué de su análisis dogmático, lo que afianza el razonamiento lógico jurídico del alumno; la hermenéutica, por ser la técnica de interpretación legal, reforzará en el estudiante su capacidad de analítica en el estudio de cada norma; Con las TIC, se proporcionará una herramienta que les facilite a los alumnos el análisis, estudio e investigación de los pronunciamientos de las cortes o entes de control disciplinario, y analizaran la validez probatoria de los documento generados por medios informáticos, o que se encuentran en soportes susceptibles de tratamiento informática; el les facilitará el análisis jurisprudencial en la materia como en otras áreas, proveyendo al estudiante de una herramienta que les facilitara el desarrollo de habilidades de lecto-escritura.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe teaching of the right one has come developing per decades, in masterful form and supported by professors that are not devoted from complete time to the docencia, reason for the one which many of them, lack of the enough preparation to teach. For this reason it proceeds to assume the pedagogic styles that marked them favorably in their time of student. Before this situation, the docencia outlined in this monograph, is that that allows to combine, different teaching strategies for the achievement of significant learnings, since it seeks to develop the right student's potentialities, with an eye toward beginning them as true jurists. Indeed with the German seminar he/she intends to develop the investigative, argumentative competitions and of the student's synthesis; by means of of the casuistry, the student will know that she should give a correct application of the disciplinary norm in the resolution of problems, appealing the juridical reasoning, explaining the legally why of her dogmatic analysis, what secures the student's juridical logical reasoning; the hermeneutics, to be the technique of legal interpretation, will reinforce in the student its capacity of analytic in the study of each norm; With the TIC, a tool will be provided that it facilitates the students the analysis, study and investigation of the pronouncements of the courts or entities of disciplinary control, and they analyzed the probatory validity of the document generated by computer means, or that they are in susceptible supports of treatment computer science; the will facilitate them the analysis jurisprudencial in the matter like in other areas, providing the student of a tool that facilitated them the development of lecto-writing abilities.
