dc.description.abstractEl siguiente trabajo presenta una serie de fundamentos que evidencian el estado financiero y la imagen institucional del Hogar San Rafael de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. En los últimos cinco años, el comportamiento económico ha mostrado un desequilibrio financiero, evidenciado por deudas contraídas con terceros, entre ellos, las empresas de servicios públicos, escasa inversión en el mantenimiento de la planta física, falta de readecuación de los espacios, esto debido a múltiples variables entre ellos, la falta de un plan estratégico, la disminución progresiva y al retraso en la entrega de las transferencias del gobierno municipal y departamental. Por otra parte, la percepción de la imagen del Hogar San Rafael a nivel de la comunidad ha ido mejorando su posicionamiento, sin embargo es importante seguir fortaleciendo las campañas de proyección del Hogar a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación y a nivel interno, promoviendo una cultura con sentido de pertenencia para fortalecer la imagen que tienen éstos del hogar y que éstos a su vez se conviertan en multiplicadores de esta labor. Esta revisión permite analizar que la tendencia de las transferencias públicas, muestran una disminución progresiva anual hasta el punto de llegar a desaparecer alguno de sus programas, la cual ratifica la importancia de impulsar los programas institucionales para lograr su autosostenibilidad y sostenencia en el medio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following work presents a series of foundations that you/they evidence the financial state and the institutional image of the Home San Rafael of the city of Bucaramanga. In the last five years, the economic behavior has shown a financial imbalance, evidenced by contracted debts with third, among them, the companies of services public, scarce investment in the maintenance of the physical plant, lack of readecuación of the spaces, this due to multiple variables among them, the lack of a strategic plan, the progressive decrease and to the delay in the delivery of the municipal and departmental government's transfers. On the other hand, the perception of the image of the Home San Rafael at level of the community has gone improving his positioning, however it is important to continue, strengthening the campaigns of projection of the home through the different media and at internal level, promoting a culture with sense of ownership to strengthen the image that has these of the home and that these in turn become multipliers of this work. This revision allows to analyze that the tendency of the public transfers, they show an annual progressive decrease until the point of ending up disappearing some of its programs, which ratifies the importance of impelling the institutional programs to achieve its autosostenibilidad and sostenencia in the means.
