dc.description.abstractEsta monografía muestra el desarrollo de un plan de mantenimiento para el componente motor y los periféricos que inciden directamente en el consumo de combustible para el transporte de carga por tracto camiones a nivel nacional, basado en parametrizaciones en rutas nacionales con carga permitida para cada vehículo, para lo cual se basa en el transporte de aproximadamente 52 toneladas en promedio. Este desarrollo está soportado y basado en parametrizaciones de varias rutas nacionales teniendo en cuanta las salidas de punto de partida full de combustible y a la llegada se deja el vehículo nuevamente full, realizando como parámetro el pesaje en bascula tanto a la salida del tracto camión como a la llegada en su punto de entrega de la carga. El resultado debe ser analizado en los mantenimientos a realizar de manera preventiva y predictiva al motor y cada uno de sus componentes motor, esto se ha basado en el historial de cada intervención realizada a cada componente y realizando toma de tiempos y periodos de cada ingreso de los equipos a realizar cada uno de los mantenimientos preventivos y predictivos para determinar la mejor y más efectiva forma de realizar la corrección de la desviación del componente para que realice su trabajo sin llegar a la falla.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph shows the development of a maintenance plan for the engine component and peripherals that directly affect the fuel consumption for the transport of cargo by truck trucks nationwide, based on parameterizations on national routes with permitted load for each vehicle, for which it is based on the transport of approximately 52 tons on average. This development is supported and based on parameterizations of several national routes taking into account the departures of full fuel starting point and upon arrival the vehicle is left full again, performing as a weighing scale as a scale both at the exit of the truck and at the arrival at your point of delivery of the cargo. The result must be analyzed in the maintenance to be carried out in a preventive and predictive manner to the engine and each of its engine components, this has been based on the history of each intervention performed on each component and taking time and periods of each income from the teams to carry out each of the preventive and predictive maintenance to determine the best and most effective way to perform the correction of the deviation of the component to perform its work without reaching the fault.
