dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este trabajo es definir, a nivel de pre factibilidad, la viabilidad del proyecto fiConstrucción De Un Centro De Educación Básica Primaria En El Municipio de Repelón - Atlántico con la finalidad de aumentar la cobertura del servicio de educación en el Municipio. Para realizar los estudios de mercado y de ubicación se realizaron visitas a la Secretaría de Planeación Municipal de Repelón que permitieron obtener información de los habitantes del sector y de las características generales de la zona, para conocer el entorno del proyecto y el nivel de aceptación de mismo. Se realizaron estudios técnicos para determinar la mejor localización para el proyecto, las áreas del proyecto y las especificaciones del mismo, los aspectos administrativos para definir el tipo de organización y la normatividad por la cual se rigen los proyectos de construcción de centros de educación básica. Se presenta un estudio de los impactos ambientales analizando como primera medida la normatividad ambiental nacional, para poder de esta forma identificar y evaluar las afectaciones al medio ambiente y establecer las respectivas medidas de mitigación. Se efectúo un estudio de viabilidad económica y social para establecer la contribución del proyecto a la economía y su aporte en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las comunidades. De los análisis realizados se comprueba con base en la información obtenida la viabilidad técnica, ambiental, económica y social del proyecto, por lo cual se recomienda su ejecución.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this study is to identify, at the level of pre-feasibility, feasibility of the project "Construction of a Center for Basic Education in Primary The Municipality of Repelón - Atlantic" with the aim of increasing the coverage of the education service in the municipality. To conduct market research and location of visits were made to the Ministry of Municipal Planning Repelón we have obtained information from the inhabitants of the sector and the general characteristics of the area, to find the environment of the project and the level of acceptance of same. Technical studies were conducted to determine the best location for the project, the project areas and specifications of the same, the administrative aspects to define the type of organization and regulations which are governed by the construction projects of basic education centers. We present a study of environmental impacts as a first step to analyze the national environmental regulations, to this way of identifying and assessing the damages to the environment and establish the respective mitigation measures. Will make a feasibility study economic and social order to establish the project's contribution to the economy and its contribution in improving the quality of life of communities. From the analysis done is found based on information obtained the technical, environmental, economic and social life of the project, which is recommended its implementation.
