dc.description.abstractLa terminación de algunos contratos de suministro y de transporte a finales del año 2004 y el ingreso del gas proveniente de Cusiana por el sector de La Belleza abre una incógnita sobre lo que será el futuro del transporte no solo en materia de contratación, sino de utilización de los gasoductos, y de la capacidad de éstos para atender la demanda proyectada. El Capítulo 1 EL GAS NATURAL Y LA SITUACIÓN COLOMBIANA describe el entorno nacional, comenta los antecedentes del plan de masificación de gas en Colombia y muestra el esquema de gasoductos mencionando los nodos principales en el interior del país. El Capítulo 2 BASES DEL ESTUDIO presenta un panorama del desarrollo de los diferentes sectores de consumo, considera el impacto de los precios sobre el sector vehicular. Adicionalmente refleja el efecto del ingreso del gas proveniente de Cusiana. El Capítulo 3 CONSUMOS Y PRONÓSTICOS define los parámetros y pronósticos de consumo hasta el año 2008. El Capítulo 4 DESCRIPCIÓN DE ESCENARIOS presenta la proyección de los volúmenes a consumir por cada sector anualmente para cada tramo. El Capítulo 5 presenta las CONCLUSIONES del estudio y considera algunas RECOMENDACIONES o alternativas propuestas por el autor.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe finalization of some supply and transportation contracts at 2004 and the entrance of gas coming from Cusiana inside the country, opens a question about the future of the transport, the use of the pipelines, and of the capacity of these to attend the projected demand. Chapter 1 THE NATURAL GAS AND THE COLOMBIAN SITUATION describes the national environment, and comments the antecedents of the plan of Colombia gas mass-production and it shows the pipelines outline mentioning the main nodes inside the country. Chapter 2 BASES OF THE STUDY presents a panorama of the development of the different consumption sectors, and considers the impact of the prices on the vehicular sector. Additionally reflective the effect of the entrance of the gas coming from Cusiana. Chapter 3 CONSUMPTIONS AND PREDICTIONS define the parameters and consumption predictions until 2008. Chapter 4 DESCRIPTION OF SCENARIOS presents the projection of the volumes to consume annually for each sector for each tract. Chapter 5 presents the CONCLUSIONS of the study and it considers some RECOMMENDATIONS or alternatives proposed by the author.
