| dc.description.abstract | Las infecciones por Influenza y Hepatitis A son causas de enfermedades comunes y recurrentes que afectan a todos los grupos de poblaciones, estimándose que un 15% de la población mundial lo han padecido. La mutabilidad del virus, los espacios cerrados en donde se concentran muchas personas, las deficientes condiciones de higiene, la pobreza y la falta de políticas preventivas en salud, contribuyen para que estas enfermedades infecciosas amenacen con convertirse en una pandemia de vastas proporciones. Las diferentes infecciones como la Influenza y la Hepatitis A, pueden representar ara la empresa una significativa reducción de la productividad y bienestar en la salud de los empleados y sus familias, aumentando el ausentismo y los gastos por el tratamiento medico. Dada la importancia de esta problemática se propone un estudio investigativo sobre la cobertura de la vacunación Empresarial contra Influenza y Hepatitis A en población trabajadora de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, a Diciembre de 2006. El estudio es Descriptivo Exploratorio y de corte transversal; la población la constituyen 100 empresas de Bucaramanga, grandes, medianas y pequeñas, de las cuales se escoge aleatoriamente como muestra 40 de ellas y seis trabajadores de cada una, totalizándose 240 trabajadores, a los que se les aplicó una encuesta sobre prevalencia y cobertura de vacunación empresarial a Diciembre de 2006 previa explicación de datos importantes de cada una de las enfermedades. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The infections for Influenza and Hepatitis to they are causes of common and recurrent illnesses that affect to all the groups of populations, being considered that the world population's 15% has suffered it. The changeability of the virus, the closed spaces where many people concentrate, the faulty conditions of hygiene, the poverty and the lack of political preventive in health, they contribute so that these infectious illnesses threaten to become a pandemic of vast proportions. The different infections like the Influenza and the Hepatitis to, they can represent altar the company a significant reduction of the productivity and well-being in the health of the employees and their families, increasing the absenteeism and the expenses for the treatment prescribes. Given the importance of this problem intends an investigative study on the covering of the Managerial vaccination against Influenza and Hepatitis to in hard-working population of the city of Bucaramanga, to December of 2006. The study is Descriptive Exploratory and of traverse court; the population constitutes it 100 companies of Bucaramanga, big, medium and small, of which you/he/she is chosen aleatorily like sample 40 of them and six workers of each a, being totalled 240 workers, to those that were applied a survey has more than enough prevalencia and covering of managerial vaccination to December of 2006 previous explanation of important data of each one of the illnesses. | |
