dc.descriptionRESUMENAcercarse a la realidad vivida por las cuidadoras familiares; constituye un reto para el área de la salud; al ser mujeres que cumplen una importante función social como aportantes a la calidad de vida de personas en situación de enfermedad crónica. El objetivo del estudio está referido a identificar las características y percepciones de cuidadoras de familiares con enfermedad crónica luego de la intervención de enfermería denominada “Apoyo psicosocial con llamada telefónica”. Para la intervención se utilizó una cartilla guía “Yo soy un Cuidador Familiar” que la cuidadora debía diligenciar por sesiones de acuerdo con las intervenciones y donde quedaría el registro de sus percepciones. Se realizó análisis en 12 cuidadoras utilizando el seguimiento telefónico al diligenciamiento de la cartilla guía; las cuidadoras expresaron las percepciones que tienen de su rol y describieron factores influyentes en su cotidianidad.Palabras clave: percepción, sentimiento, red social, estrés, responsabilidad, derechos, cotidianidad. es-ES
dc.descriptionABSTRACTwho play an important role in society, as contributors to the quality of life of people experiencing chronic illness. The objective of the study is to identify the characteristics and perceptions of the family with chronic illness caregivers after a nursing intervention called “psychosocial support phone call.” For the intervention a guidebook called “ I am a family caregiver” was used, which had to be filled out by the caregiver, in sessions, according to the interventions and where the registry of their perceptions would remain. The analysis was made with 12 caregivers using phone follow up for the process of filling out the guide book; the caregivers expressed the perceptions about their own roles and described factors that influence their everyday lives.Key words: perception, feeling, social network, stress, responsibility, rights, quotidian.en-US
