dc.description.abstractEl presente documento describe un Sistema de gestión Integrado para la Caja de Compensación Familiar de Santander-Cajasan, bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC-ISO 9001:2008, NTC-ISO 14001:2004, dividido en las etapas de diagnóstico, base de integración, cronograma para la integración, guía de implementación, lista de chequeo de gestión integral. Cada capítulo del documento describe las actividades que se deben realizar para el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos. Para el diagnóstico se logró obtener una herramienta, que le permitirá a la organización identificar los aspectos e impactos generados por la operación de la misma, hacia el medio ambiente. La base de integración permitió identificar los elementos tanto comunes, como no comunes de las dos normas, logrado establecer el que es, y la utilidad que representa para la organización. El cronograma propuesto busca tener elementos que permitan a la organización tomar un modelo base, donde se identifican lo que se va a realizar, responsable, el tiempo de ejecución y presupuesto estimado para dicha actividad. Dentro de la propuesta se presenta un modelo que le permite a la organización realizar un paso a paso la integración. Dentro de la herramientas de verificación y revisión se logra obtener un monitoreo, evaluación y seguimiento por medio de auditorías. La toma de acciones de mejoras en el cumplimiento de la gestión integral es lo que permitirá a la organización identificar si su sistema es eficiente y eficaz. La realización de esta guía permitió cumplir con los objetivos propuestos y con las expectativas para alcanzar el cumplimiento de entregables que permitan a la organización la integración de dos normas de gestión.
