RESUMENEl artículo hace referencia a la atención que hoy requiere la utilización de las TIC, en la enseñanza en línea, puesto que esta lleva al docente a enfocarse en aspectos que, aunque son heterogéneos para estudiantes y docentes, permiten contextualizar el aula virtual y se constituyen en un derrotero que dinamiza los procesos de enseñanza, aprendizaje y evaluación. La experiencia que al respecto hemos tenido como docentes nos lleva a estructurar y alertar a docentes y estudiantes sobre algunas orientaciones que en la actualidad son de gran relevancia para los procesos que requiere la enseñanza en línea, como el apoyo a la educación presencial, desde la perspectiva de cambio que demanda el presente y las competencias requeridas en un mundo cambiante. A la vez, este texto es una refexión que nos hace pensar en que no todo lo que se propone con las TIC es mejor y óptimo, y nos permite creer que cada grupo enseña algo a los profesores y que cada aprendizaje es distinto.Palabras clave: Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, TIC, enseñanza en línea, aula virtual, entornos virtuales.STUDENTS AND TEACHERS IN VIRTUAL LEARNING AND TEACHING ENVIRONMENTS ABSTRACTThe article refers to the care the use of ICTs requires today in online teaching, given that it leads the teacher to focus on aspects, which, although heterogeneous for students and teachers, allow the contextualization of the virtual classroom and constitute a course that streamlines the teaching, learning, and assessment processes. Our experience as teachers leads us to structure and alert teachers and student on some guidelines that currently are of great relevance for the processes that online teaching requires, such as support to in-person education, from the perspective of change demanded by the present and the skills required in an ever-changing world. At the same time, this text is a refection that reminds us that not everything proposed with ICTs is better and optimal, and allows us to believe that each groups teaches something to the teachers and each learning is different.Key words: Information and communication technologies, ICT, on-line learning, virtual classroom, virtual environments.
