dc.description.abstractEl crecimiento demográfico en el municipio de Piedecuesta, debido a procesos migratorios y de natalidad, se encuentra en aumento lo cual ha generado un espacio de intervención con la población en etapa de Primera Infancia, dado que la cobertura del sistema educativo en preescolar y guardería es escasa y los pocos planteles existentes no ofrecen servicios diferenciados entre sí. El presente trabajo determina la factibilidad de la creación de un Centro Educativo para la Primera Infancia como una opción de educación temprana para niños de familias de estratos 3 y 4, estableciendo los lineamientos requeridos por el Ministerio de Educación y el Instituto de Bienestar Familiar en cuanto a características físicas, técnicas, administrativas, legales, y ambientales adecuadas para la ejecución del proyecto. Así mismo contempla dentro del estudio financiero los costos que generarán la puesta en marcha del Centro Educativo, los costos de operación y los flujos de caja proyectados con y sin financiación, dando como resultado una Tasa Interna de Retorno, TIR, favorable, especialmente si se realiza solo con recursos propios. Finalmente, se concluye determinando la viabilidad de la instauración del Centro de Educación para la Primera Infancia como un negocio rentable siempre y cuando se cumpla con los lineamientos requeridos y cuyos beneficios repercutirán en el ámbito social y económico del municipio, dado que será fuente de empleo y apoyo para las familias del sector.

The present work determines the feasibility of the creation of an Educational Center for the First Infancy as an option of early education for family children of strata 3 and 4, establishing the limits needed by the Department of Education and the Institute of Familiar Well-being as for physical, technical, administrative, legal, and environmental characteristics adapted for the execution of the projec Also contemplated within the financial study of the costs that the implementation of the school, operating costs and projected cash flowswith and without funding, resulting in an Internal Rate of Return, IRR, favorable, especially if performs only its own resources. It concludes by determining the feasibility of the establishment of the Center for Early Childhood Education for a profitable business as long as it meets the required guidelines and whose benefits will affect the socialand economic development of the municipality, as it will be a source of employment and support for families in the sector.
