dc.description.abstractEn todos los campos petroleros alrededor del mundo se implementan sistemas de producción con el fin de tener en superficie el fluido de interés. La mejor manera de seleccionar el sistema apropiado es evaluando y considerando las características presentadas por el pozo y el yacimiento La producción de los pozos varía debido a la influencia de diferentes factores, ya sean operacionales o por condiciones otorgadas por el yacimiento. Las consecuencias de la variación de la producción de un campo afectan directamente a la compañía que lo opera y consecuentemente a todo el sector energético. Por lo tanto es pertinente para las compañías evaluar y ejecutar proyectos que permitan satisfacer las necesidades de todos los grupos de interés. La elaboración de este proyecto tiene como fin analizar el comportamiento de pozos productores de Campo Velázquez, identificando sus diferentes variables operacionales, y de esta manera seleccionar pozos candidatos para sugerir diseños apropiados en el sistema de levantamiento artificial que permitan obtener un incremento de la producción, mediante el uso de herramientas software. Finalmente se realizará una evaluación económica del estudio, con el objetivo de determinar la rentabilidad de la implementación de este proyecto en el campo. El mejor diseño para cada uno de los pozos radica en la eficiencia técnico-económica.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn all oil fields around the world, the production systems are implemented in order to obtain in surface the fluid of interest. The best way to select the appropriate system is to evaluate and consider the characteristics presented by the well and the reservoir. The production of the wells varies due to the influence of different factors, whether operational or by conditions granted by the reservoir. The consequences of the variation of the production of a field directly affect the company that operates it and consequently to the entire energy sector. It is therefore relevant for companies to evaluate and implement projects that meet the needs of all stakeholders. The development of this project aims to analyze and study the behavior of production wells of Velázquez Field, identifying their different operational variables, and thus select candidate wells to suggest appropriate designs in the artificial lift system that allow an increase in oil production, through the use of software tools. Finally an economic evaluation of the study will be carried out, with the objective of determining the profitability of the implementation of designs, made in this project, in the field. The best design for each wells lies in the technical-economic efficiency.
