dc.description.abstractEl propósito de este trabajo es definir la viabilidad financiera, económica y social para la construcción de un acueducto tipo gravedad con el fin de abastecer de agua potable a los habitantes de la Vereda Clavellinas del municipio de Aratoca en el departamento de Santander y, de la organización requerida para su administración con base en las normas establecidas para estos casos. Además de recurrir a los estudios que sobre la vereda ha realizado la Alcaldía municipal de Aratoca en cuanto a su potencial hídrico mediante el Esquema de Ordenamiento Territorial (E.O.T.), se realizaron actividades de campo que permitieron obtener información real de las características generales de la zona y de sus habitantes, para conocer el ambiente que hay en torno a la construcción del acueducto y de la organización de la comunidad para la administración del mismo. Se realizaron cálculos de diseño y capacidad del sistema de acueducto, teniendo en cuenta el comportamiento del crecimiento de población y de la demanda con la proyección hasta el año 2.025. Se presentan en este estudio los diferente tipos de organizaciones a los cuales podrá recurrir la comunidad para administrar el acueducto y la propuesta que los autores consideran es la mejor para los intereses colectivos y del acueducto. Las tarifas aplicadas para los cálculos de ingresos operacionales están basadas en las fijadas por las empresas de acueducto oficiales, autorizadas de la Comisión Reguladora de Tarifas. Se aplica el software exigido para los proyectos públicos, MGA, diseñado por el Departamento de Planeación Nacional - DNP Œ y en él se reflejan los indicadores relevantes para definir la viabilidad financiera, económica y social, tales como el CAUE, las TIR y otros más. De los análisis realizados se establece con evidencia la viabilidad financiera y social del proyecto, por lo cual se recomienda su ejecución.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this work is to define the financial, economic and social viability for the construction of an aqueduct type graveness with the purpose of supplying from drinkable water to the inhabitants of the Clavellinas Sidewalk of the municipality of Aratoca in the department of Santander and, of the organization required for its administration with base in the established norms for these cases. Besides appealing to the studies that about the sidewalk the municipal Governorship of Aratoca has carried out as for their hídrico potential by means of the Outline of Territorial Classification (E.O.T. in Spanish), they were carried out field activities that allowed to obtain real information of the general characteristics of the area and of their inhabitants, to know the atmosphere that there is around the construction of the aqueduct and of the organization of the community for the administration of the same one. They were carried out design calculations and capacity of the aqueduct system, keeping in mind the behavior of population's growth and of the demand with the projection until the year 2.025. They are presented in this study the different types of organizations to which the community will be able to appeal to administer the aqueduct and the proposal that the authors consider it is the best for the collective interests and of the aqueduct. The rates applied for the calculations of operational revenues are based on those fixed by the officials aqueduct companies, authorized of the Commission Regulators of Rates. The software is applied demanded for the public projects, MGA, designed by the Department of National Planning - DNP - and in it they are reflected the outstanding indicators to define the financial, economic and social viability, such as the CAUE, the TIR and other more. Of the carried out analyses the financial and social viability of the project settles down with evidence, reason why its execution is recommended.
