dc.description.abstractEsta monografía presenta la propuesta para el plan de transición del sistema de gestión de calidad de Freskaleche S.A. implementado y certificado bajo la NTC ISO 9001:2008 a la versión 2015. Con el propósito de estar acorde con la evolución mundial y de beneficiarse de las ventajas que aporta el nuevo enfoque que le dio la Organización Internacional de Normalización (ISO) a su estándar 9001, Freskaleche S.A. se trazó como uno de sus objetivos la implementación de la versión 2015 de la norma que direcciona su sistema de gestión de calidad. Mediante el uso de una metodología de tipo descriptivo, inicialmente se planteó la aplicación de un cuestionario de autodiagnóstico desarrollado en hojas de cálculo de Microsoft Excel como herramienta para realizar el análisis y evaluación de manera independiente de los capítulos que contienen los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015. Como resultados se obtuvieron gráficos tipo red con el porcentaje de cumplimiento de cada uno de los ítems de los capítulos analizados y se especificaron las falencias que tiene la organización que le impiden dar cumplimiento completo a cada requisito de la nueva versión de la norma. Finalmente, la metodología dio lugar a detallar el plan de acción con actividades, descripción de resultados esperados, fecha de culminación, procesos involucrados y responsables. La aplicación del autodiagnóstico del grado de cumplimiento de requisitos de la norma en mención establecida en esta monografía facilitó la determinación de las actividades necesarias para lograr la transición del sistema de gestión de calidad de Freskaleche S.A. y avaló la posibilidad de replicar la metodología al sistema de gestión ambiental que tiene implementado la compañía.
