dc.description.abstractAl tener en cuenta que el modelo estático actual del yacimiento de crudo pesado en la formación Guadalupe superior (edad cretácica) para la Cuenca de los Llanos Orientales (Colombia) se realizó, en su momento, con el propósito de desarrollar la etapa primaria del campo. Que además la densidad de información de los pozos base para el modelo existente, en el área de inyección de agua, ha superado el 100% de pozos en la actualidad. Y el modelo estático se realizó para las unidades geológicas principales (formación Guadalupe Superior) sin tener en cuenta las sub-unidades en las que se lleva a cabo el proceso de inyección en la actualidad. Y si a lo anterior se suma que en la actualidad se dio inicio a una etapa de desarrollo secundario en algunos sectores del campo, con un proyecto de inyección de agua; se hace evidente la necesidad de un modelo estático detallado que permita verificar la conexión de los cuerpos de arena donde se realiza inyección de agua como método de recobro secundario. Ese es el propósito de esta investigación, proponer un modelo estático que incorpore información actualizada y detallada, en el que además de reflejar la continuidad de los cuerpos de arena asociados a los patrones de inyección, se confirmen las propiedades petrofísicas de las arenas involucradas en la inyección; y se identifiquen las posibles causas por las que no se refleja el efecto de la inyección en todos los pozos de los patrones de inyección. *
dc.description.abstractenglishKeeping in mind that current static model of heavy oil deposit in upper Guadeloupe formation (Cretaceous age) for the Eastern Plains Basin (Colombia) was carried out, at the time, with the purpose of developing the primary stage of the field. In addition, the information density of the base wells for the existing model, in the area of water injection, has exceeded 100% of wells at present. And the static model was made for the main geological units (Guadalupe Superior formation) without taking into account the sub-units in which the injection process is carried out at present. And if to the previous thing it is added that at the present time a stage of secondary development in some sectors of the field began, with a project of injection of water; The need for a detailed static model to verify the connection of the sand bodies where water injection is performed as a secondary recovery method becomes evident. That is the purpose of this research, to propose a static model that incorporates updated and detailed information, in which besides reflecting the continuity of the sand bodies associated with the injection patterns, the petrophysical properties of the sands involved in the injection; and identify the possible causes why the effect of the injection is not reflected in all the wells of the injection patterns. *
