dc.description.abstractA través del tiempo, se ha podido evidenciar una brecha en la comunicación entre las empresas y las comunidades donde interviene la industria petrolera. Generalmente, se presenta una amplia desinformación en los procesos que se llevan a cabo y en cómo se puede ver beneficiada la población con la presencia de la industria en su territorio. Este trabajo de investigación proporciona un análisis de las leyes y decretos que rigen a la industria petrolera en los ámbitos de medio ambiente y sociedad, a partir de las cuales se realiza un desglose de los diversos factores que componen y afectan ambos entornos, con el fin de dar a conocer el Programa en Beneficio a las Comunidades (PBC), mecanismo mediante el cual se garantiza transparencia y claridad respecto a las actividades y procedimientos desarrollados por la industria en función de la contribución directa del sector de hidrocarburos al desarrollo de las regiones en las que tiene presencia, como parte de su política de responsabilidad social en el marco de los contratos y convenios suscritos con la ANH.
dc.description.abstractenglishOver time, it has been possible to demonstrate a gap in communication between companies and communities where the oil industry intervenes. Generally, there is widespread misinformation about the processes that are carried out and how the population can benefit from the presence of the industry in their territory. This research work provides an analysis of the laws and decrees that govern the oil industry in the fields of environment and society, from which a breakdown of the various factors that make up and affect both environments is made, in order to publicize the Program for the Benefit of the Communities (PBC), a mechanism through which transparency and clarity are guaranteed regarding the activities and procedures developed by the industry based on the direct contribution of the hydrocarbon sector to the development of the regions in those in which it has a presence, as part of its social responsibility policy within the framework of the contracts and agreements signed with the ANH.
