La responsabilidad del ciudadano en la justicia de transición: reflexiones en torno al papel de la filosofía en la época del post-acuerdo

dc.descriptionIt is undeniable the importance of ethics -as part of philosophy, on the citizenship building, in order to face the challenges in a post-conflict era. On this idea, I will address the ethical dimension of transitional justice in order to argue the following thesis: it is necessary not only recognize, but also to assess the ethical dimension in transitional justice processes, due to it is this dimension that will make feasible the realization of agreements in everyday pragmatic, transcending the merely political or legal sphere. To achieve this objective, I propose to make a conceptual tracing of transitional justice to show that, since its founding principles, there is an ethical dimension to this process, the above taking into account the notion of responsibility we have on the other, that is, sense of humanity that leads to cooperation.en-US
dc.descriptionEs innegable la importancia que tiene la ética, como una parte de la filosofía, en la construcción de ciudadanía, de cara a los retos que se proyectan en una época de postconflicto. Sobre esta idea, abordaré la dimensión ética de la justicia transicional con el fin de argüir la siguiente tesis: es necesario no solo reconocer sino además valorar la dimensión ética en los procesos transicionales de justicia, pues es esta dimensión la que hará viable la materialización de los acuerdos en la pragmática cotidiana, trascendiendo lo meramente político o jurídico. Para lograr este objetivo propongo realizar un rastreo conceptual de la justicia de transición para mostrar que, desde sus principios fundantes, existe una dimensión ética en este proceso, lo anterior teniendo en cuenta la noción de responsabilidad que tenemos por el otro, esto es, el sentido de humanidad que nos lleva a la cooperación.es-ES
