dc.descriptionEste trabajo presenta una descripción de los métodos UPV y TCQSM desarrollados para determinar la calidad y el nivel de servicio del transporte público colectivo urbano en autobús, con el fin de dar un marco de referencia que permita hacer una comparación de los dos (2) métodos para establecer el grado de compatibilidad en las escalas del nivel de servicio formuladas. Como resultado de esta investigación, se presentan las aportaciones de los métodos estudiados para medir la calidad del servicio del transporte público colectivo urbano en autobús. es-ES
dc.descriptionThis paper shows a description about UPV and TCQSM methods, developed to determinate quality and service level in urban collective public transit by bus, in order to provide a framework which permits to make a comparison of these two (2) methods to obtain the compatibility degree among formulated scales of service level.
