dc.description.abstractAl desarrollar un sistema de costos en cualquier institución, debemos tener claros varios elementos, como son, el tipo de empresa ya sea industrial o de servicios, del sistema de información utilizado, el tipo de productos ofrecidos, etc. En tal sentido, las instituciones de salud presentan características particulares que la diferencian de cualquier otro tipo de organización: Es una empresa de servicios y funciona en un ambiente de salud; a su vez, los productos que ella presta también tienen sus particularidades: son intangibles, difícil de hallar una unidad de medida, son de fabricación instantánea por lo que no se pueden automatizar, y sobretodo, son poco o nada homogéneos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es mostrar cual es el sistema de costos más adecuado para desarrollar en MEDICAL ARMONY IPS para que sea una herramienta que proporcione datos que hagan de la toma de decisiones un proceso con resultados positivos. Por lo tanto, se mostrara que una respuesta bastante viable a lo anterior es la obtención de un COSTO POR PACIENTE / SERVICIO. El gasto del paciente depende exclusivamente del servicio proporcionado, esto es una realidad y por lo tanto lo que se desarrollara en este trabajo. Para la evaluación del sistema propuesto se deben tener en cuenta dos aspectos fundamentales, los beneficios obtenidos contra la inversión requerida. Los beneficios no son completamente tangibles y muchos de ellos solo se pueden obtener en el largo plazo.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn developing a cost in any institution, we must clear several elements, such as the type of business whether manufacturing or service, the information system used, the type of products offered, etc.. As such, health institutions have specific characteristics that differentiate it from any other organization: It is a service company and operates in a healthcare environment, in turn, provided the products they also have their peculiarities: they are intangible difficult to find a unit of measurement, are manufacturing instant that can not be automated, and most are poorly or not at all homogeneous. The aim of this paper is to show what the cost system best suited to develop MEDICAL ARMONY IPS to be a tool that provides data to make decisions of a process with positive results. Therefore, it will show that a very viable answer to this is to obtain a COST PER PATIENT / SERVICE. The expense of the patient depends exclusively on the service provided, this is a reality and therefore what is developed in this work. To evaluate the proposed system should take into account two main aspects, the benefits against the investment required. Benefits are not completely tangible and many of them can only be obtained in the long term.
