Encuentros y desencuentros desde la concepción de justicia de Rawls en la canción social de Rubén Blades

| dc.description.abstract | El texto musical que se analiza apunta a desentrañar la trama de la justicia y la connotación que esta ha tenido en los pueblos. Para ello he tomado una muestra de diversas canciones del autor en donde la trama argumental conlleva a un tratamiento del deber ser de la justicia, y a través de la cuales cotejo la teoría de Rawls, desde la perspectiva filosófica de la justicia, cuya óptica se dirige a examinar el entorno socioeconómico y su confrontación con los presupuestos que conllevan a valorar el tratamiento que tiene la justicia en la narrativa poética de la salsa. Rawls admite dos limitaciones de su teoría. La primera es la presunción de la sociedad como un sistema cerrado, aislado de otras sociedades. La segunda es la de su carácter ideal ya que sólo contempla los principios que regularían una sociedad bien ordenada, es decir, una sociedad en que todos actúan justamente y cumplen con el mantenimiento de instituciones justas. Valorar el efecto de la justicia debe partir de la realidad que ofrece el entorno socioeconómico que vivimos; el injusto se apodera y obnubila el yo enajenable del ser humano, la vulneración de los principios más preciados se desdibujan. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The musical text that is analyzed aims to unravel the plot of justice and the connotation that this has had in the towns. For it I have taken a sample from diverse songs of the author where the plot plot entails to a treatment of having to be of justice, and through as I collate the theory of Rawls, from the philosophical perspective of the justice, whose optics goes to examine the socioeconomic surroundings and its confrontation with the budgets that entail to value the treatment that has justice in the poetic narrative of the sauce. Rawls admits two limitations of his theory. The first one is the presumption of the society as a closed system, isolated from other societies. The second one is its ideal character, since it only contemplates the principles that would regulate a well ordered society, namely, a society in which everybody acts justly and helps keeping just institutions. As an ideal theory it starts with the following question: how would a perfectly just society be?
