dc.description.abstractEn este proyecto se planteó la propuesta de un nuevo sistema de limpieza de remoción de suciedades en los intercambiadores E2203/4/5 de la Unidad de Polietileno I de la Refinería de Barrancabermeja, empleando la herramienta Aspen Hysys V10 y su matriz virtual, se obtuvieron los parámetros necesarios para evaluar la alternativa como opción confiable y segura para los trabajadores de la Unidad. Como primera medida se obtuvo el factor de ensuciamiento, elemento crucial para la simulación rigurosa de los intercambiadores E2203/4/5. Gracias a los datos de planta, datasheet de los equipos se realizó la simulación del sistema de limpieza propuesto, se analizó la caída de presión necesaria y el flujo masico del gas de etileno de purga para el propósito de la limpieza, por último se propuso como tal los isométricos para la construcción de las tuberías necesarias del sistema de limpieza y el funcionamiento como tal del sistema de limpieza sobre cada intercambiador junto con los parámetros a seguir en la apertura y cierre de válvulas como mecanismo en la remoción de grasa de dichos equipos.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this project, the proposal of a new dirt removal cleaning system in the E2203/4/5 exchangers of the Polyethylene Unit I of the Barrancabermeja Refinery was proposed, using the Aspen Hysys V10 tool and its virtual matrix, obtaining the necessary parameters to evaluate the alternative as a reliable and safe option for the workers of the Unit. As a first measure, the fouling factor was obtained, a crucial element for the rigorous simulation of the E2203/4/5 exchangers. Thanks to the plant data, datasheet of the equipment, the simulation of the proposed cleaning system was carried out, the necessary pressure drop and the mass flow of the purge ethylene gas were analyzed for the purpose of cleaning, finally it was proposed as such isometrics for the construction of the necessary pipes of the cleaning system and the operation as such of the cleaning system on each exchanger together with the parameters to follow in the opening and closing of valves as a mechanism in the removal of grease from said equipment.
