dc.descriptionRESUMENEl desplazamiento forzado por la violencia en Colombia es un problema de mucha envergadura, pues un alto porcentaje de la población civil es víctima del despojo causado por los diferentes actores armados que coexisten en el país: combatiéndose a veces, aliándose otras. El desplazamiento, es entonces, una medida de protección que toman las víctimas de las diferentes formas de violencia para escapar de éstas.El siguiente trabajo investigativo pretende dar a conocer la manera cómo el tema del desplazamiento forzado es tratado en Colombia en el período 2002-2006, es decir, se presentan las normas básicas, sentencias y aspectos legales en las cuales se define la condición del desplazado. Asimismo, se eligieron los periódicos el Tiempo y el Espectador, como material de trabajo y se corroboró la información con otras fuentes, entre ellas, la revista Semana, la página de internet oficial del Gobierno Nacional y las páginas de internet de CODHES y ACNUR. Lo anterior, permitió una mejor evaluación de lo encontrado, pues comparando ciertos aspectos entre sí, se podrán ver las sutiles diferencias, por ejemplo, en la selección de los términos, en la omisión/inclusión de partes de la información.Palabras clave: desplazamiento forzado, Conflicto Armado, Colombia, Legislación interna y externa, Políticas Públicas, Representación medial. Tes-ES
dc.descriptionABSTRACTCoercive displacement in Colombia is a major problem because a high percentage of the civilians are victims of the dispossession caused by different armed actors coexisiting in the country: fighting sometimes allying others. Displacement is, then, a measure of protection taken by the victims to escape from the various forms of violence.The present research work aims to inform the way the issue of coercive displacement in Colombia is dealt with in the period 2002-2006; are the basic rules, statements and legal issues which define the status of the displaced are presented. Also, newspapers such as El Tiempo and El Espectador were selected as part of the analyzed material that was corroborated with information from other sources, including Revista Semana, the official website of the national Government and the Official websites of CODHES and UNHCR. The data mentioned above allowed the researcher to evaluate the findings by comparing certain aspects together that make subtle differences evident, for example, the selection of the terms or the omission/inclusion of pieces of information.Key words: coercive displacement, armed conflict, internal and external legislation, public policy, representation medial. en-US
