| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto consistió en desarrollar una interfaz web que sirve de apoyo para la EPS Comfenalco en los procesos clínicos y administrativos. Permite archivar la información de los pacientes, asignar citas médicas, mantener información de los planes con los cuales tiene contrato. Básicamente, nos encontramos ante un servicio de gestión e información de consultas médicas al cual el usuario puede acceder a través de un computador que tenga Internet a través de navegador web. De esta manera, la aplicación se sustenta en una Base de Datos mantenida en un servidor la cual, mediante la interfaz web, es rellenada y actualizada con la información relativa a las consultas de un paciente, datos de médicos, historias clínicas. La información será procesada de manera inmediata, así mismo facilitará tener una estrecha relación y comunicación con los usuarios. El sistema de cita previa a través de Internet se realizará mediante el acceso al portal de Comfenalco, www.comfenalcosantander.com.co. El sistema permite la elección de día y hora de la cita con el médico de cabecera. Se puede reservar cita desde el día siguiente al actual, hasta 15 días hábiles más adelante, cada usuario podrá tener como máximo una cita reservada (que podrá anular para obtener una nueva cita). Y, por último, es de gran utilidad también de cara a que el usuario pueda mantener un histórico de sus consultas o seguir más de cerca la evolución de su dolencia o enfermedad la implementación de la visualización de todas las consultas acaecidas por parte del paciente en el centro médico con todos los detalles que tuvieron lugar en cada consulta. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present project consisted of developing one interface web that uses as support for the EPS Comfenalco in the clinical and administrative processes. It allows to file the information of the patients, to assign medical appointments, to support information of the plans with which it has contract. Basically, we are before a service of management and information of medical consultations to which the user can accede across a computer that Internet has across navigating web. Hereby, the application is sustained in a Database supported in a servant which, by means of the interfaz web, is refilled and updated by the information relative to the consultations of a patient, information of doctors, clinical histories. The information will be tried in an immediate way, likewise it (he, she) will facilitate to have a narrow relation and communication with the users. The system of previous appointment across Internet will be realized by means of the access to Comfenalco's portal, www.comfenalcosantander.com.co. The system allows the choice(election) by day (in the daytime) and hour of the appointment with the family doctor. It is possible to reserve appointment from the day following the current one, up to 15 working days hereinafter(later on), every user will be able to have at the maximum an appointment reserved (that it(he,she) will be able to annul to obtain a new appointment). And, finally, it is of great usefulness also with a view to that the user could support the historical one of his(her,your) consultations or continue more closely the evolution of his ailment or disease the implementation of the visualization of all the consultations happened on the part of the patient in the medical center with all the details that took place in every consultation | |
