dc.description.abstractLa presente monografía hace parte del trabajo desarrollado durante la especialización en docencia universitaria en la Universidad Industrial de Santander y se basa en los principales temas tratados en los contenidos de clase y sus correspondientes trabajos de campo. Sin embargo es importante mencionar que junto a ese trabajo se abordan los contenidos a partir de otros autores y estudios formales, se propondrán diversos interrogantes y, desde una perspectiva practica y presentando la teoría fundamental de los conceptos involucrados, se plantean sus respectivas respuestas. De este modo se formulan interrogantes relacionados con el papel de la universidad en la sociedad y la manera como deben responder al reto de la formación por competencias. Por otra parte se muestra al aprendizaje desde un enfoque más allá de lo teórico y luego al aprendizaje colaborativo como una herramienta de enseñanza en la educación a distancia a través de un caso práctico de la escuela superior de administración pública. Seguidamente se plantea la evaluación como un instrumento de formación y la investigación en el aula dentro del papel del docente, presentando un caso desde los colegios públicos de secundaria. Finalmente abordamos el tema del currículo y su reto frente a las nuevas tendencias.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph is a piece of the work realized throughout the specialization in university teaching in the Universidad Industrial de Santander, and it bases in the most important themes executed in the class contents and its respective field works. From the other authors and formal studies, it will propose questions and, from a practical perspective and introducing the fundamental theory of concepts involved, put on the table its respective answers. In this way, asks in relation with the role of the university inside the society are formulated and the way like it most response to the challenge of the formation based in the competences. For the other side shows to learning since a point of view beyond of the theory and then the collaborative learning as a teaching tool in the distance education across a practice case. Immediately the evaluation is posing like a formation instrument and the research in the classroom inside of the teacher function, bringing in a case from de publics high schools. Finally aboard the curriculum topic and its challenge front the new technologies.
