| dc.description.abstract | La creación de un manual de instructivos de mantenimiento de equipos es de gran ayuda ya que facilita la ejecución de las actividades. Para llevar de manera secuencial y lógica los pasos de cada instructivo mediante un documento formal. Este trabajo requirió de una investigación de tipo descriptiva mientras que el diseño fue de campo. Para el mismo se utilizaron las técnicas e instrumentos apropiados para realizar la respectiva documentación. La técnica aplicada fue la entrevista no estructurada. En este proyecto se lleva de manera secuencial la actualización del manual y elaboración de nuevos instructivos, se cumplió con los estándares de la norma ISO 9000:2000 tanto para el diseño como para el desarrollo del documento aplicando la ISO 14001 y la OSHAS 18001 con el objetivo de documentar aquellas actividades más críticas de acuerdo con la matriz RAM. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The creation of a manual of instructive of maintenance of equipment is helpful since it ensures the completion of the activities. In order to keep of sequential and logical way the step of each instructive one by means of a formal document. This work required of a descriptive investigation of type whereas the design was of field. For the same one the appropriate techniques and instruments were used this to make the respective documentation. The applied technique was the interview non structured. In this project the new update of the manual takes of sequential way and elaboration of instructive, was as much fulfilled the standards of norm ISO 9000:2000 for the design as for the development of the document applying the ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 with the objective to document to those activities more critics in agreement with the first ram. | |
