| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo fue diseñar, planear y empezar a poner parcialmente en marcha una granja integral que en sí integre zoocría y fitoproduccion. El contexto de granja integral, el escenario de los proyectos y sus variables ambientales, socioeconómicas y generales constituyen imposiciones y orientaciones fuertes de los mismos; por otra parte, las herramientas metodológicas fundamentales fueron el análisis y síntesis de procesos. Dada la analogía entre la granja integral y un complejo industrial en el cual se desarrollan los diferentes procesos, se aplica la síntesis y análisis de procesos y la evaluación económica a cada proyecto o componente de la granja y se elabora un capítulo para cada componente (capítulos 1, 3, 4 y 5, respectivamente para, porcicultura, piscicultura, palmicultura y planta de preparación de alimentos, aunque, como proyecto de inversión, el biodigestor Œ estercolero forma parte de la porcicultura, se le destina el capítulo 2). Para cada proyecto se remite al lector a dos anexos: uno que hace una aproximación a aplicar síntesis y análisis de procesos a sistemas biológicos (excepto en el de palma que se deja para la parte dos) y otro que es una hoja de cálculo en la que se integran los balances de masa y energía con el análisis financiero y la evaluación económica. En el capítulo 6 se integran los proyectos de la granja y como un todo se hacen planteamientos integrales de administración, análisis financiero y evaluación de rentabilidad económica. Finalmente el capítulo 7 contiene las conclusiones y recomendaciones. La conclusión más importante de este trabajo fue que los diferentes proyectos, individualmente y en su conjunto son rentables y tienen altos márgenes de competitividad que se reflejan en los índices de sensibilidad. La integración de los proyectos refuerza la rentabilidad y competitividad de todos y cada uno de ellos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project's objective was to design, glide and begin to partially start up an integral farm that integrates animals breeding and plants cultivation. The context of the integral farm, the scene of the projects, and their environmental, socio-economic, and general variables, by themselves, constitute strong impositions and directions; on the other hand, the fundamental methodological tools used were the analysis and synthesis of processes. Given the analogy between the integral farm and an industrial complex in which the different processes are developed, the synthesis and analysis of processes and the economic assessment are applied to each project or component of the farm, and a chapter for each component is elaborated (chapters 1, 3, 4 and 5, respectively for, pig breeding, pisciculture, palm farming, and plant of food preparation; though, as an investment project, the biodigestor Πmanure heap is part of pig breeding and it is addressed in the chapter 2). The reader is sent to two annexes in each project: one that approaches applying synthesis and analysis of processes to biological systems (except for that of the palm which is left for the second part), and the other constituted by a spreadsheet where the balances of mass and energy are integrated with the financial analysis and the economic assessment. In chapter 6, the projects of the farm are integrated, and, as whole, integral expositions of administration, financial analysis, and evaluation of economic profitability are made. Finally, chapter 7 includes the conclusions and recommendations. This work's most important conclusion is that the different projects, individually and as a whole, are profitable and have high competitiveness margins that are reflected in the sensitivity indexes. The integration of the projects reinforces the profitability and competitiveness of one and all of them. | |
