dc.description.abstractLa Fundación Delamujer ha presentado un crecimiento importante en los últimos cuatro años, por lo tanto la Asamblea General decidió crear la Oficina de Proyectos (PMO) con el fin de organizar la manera como se ejecutan los proyectos definidos y asegurar una permanencia en el mercado. El desarrollo de la monografía está basado en la organización y centralización de los proyectos en todas sus etapas desde la planeación hasta el cierre de proyecto, abarca en su estudio la organización jerárquica y distribución de responsabilidades dentro del personal que estará a cargo en la PMO con el fin de tener un mayor control en las actividades desarrolladas. El modelo de metodología para la dirección de proyectos presentado, fue elaborado teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de la empresa, tomando como referencia La Guía del PMBOK® Quinta Edición 2.013 y la Administración Profesional de Proyectos La Guía de Yamal Chamoun, en ella se encontrarán todos los procesos y procedimientos necesarios en las diferentes etapas de los proyectos de la Fundación Delamujer. Este estudio hará un aporte importante en la organización de los proyectos a la Fundación Delamujer y también se podrá tomar como modelo para el estudio sobre la creación de la Oficina de Proyectos para las demás empresas con características similares a ella dentro del sector microfinanciero.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Fundación Delamujer has an important growing in the last four years, so the general assembly decided to create the Project Management Office (PMO) so the future projects can be organize and correctly executed and ensure its permanence on the market. The development of the monograph has its base on the organization and centralization of the projects in each stage, from the planning of it until the ending of the project. The study covers his hierarchic structure and the distribution of responsibilities in all the personal that will be in charge in the PMO so the entity can have a better control in the developed activities. The methodology model for the projects direction was presented and elaborated thinking in all the needs of the entity, taken as reference the PMBOK® guide Fifth Edition 2013 and the Professional Administration of guide projects written by Yamal Chamoun, in this project you will find all the process and the need procedures in the different stages on the Fundación Delamujer projects. This research will do an important input in the organization Fundación Delamujer and also it can be taken as a model for the research about the creation of Projects Office at other entities with similar characteristics inside the microfinance sector.
