dc.descriptionThe purpose of this work is to develop methodologies, oriented towards an integral formation of students of the National University open at a distance -UNAD-, which serve as a basis for the execution of processes based on autonomous learning, aiming at an integral formation for appropriation of knowledge, based on the development of applied research activities, which promotes the improvement of quality of life in various regions of the country. For this work, a mixed methodological approach and exploratory research was adopted given the need for support required by the environment for the improvement of their processes with permanent support from academia and research. The activities were divided into phases that correspond to the inquiry, to identify elements and the existing relationships between learning strategies, and to the design of these for the courses of Degree Project, Sensory Evaluation and Biochemistry taught in the programs of Systems Engineering and Food Engineering of the UNAD. Additionally, a phase was executed where the syllabus are built, programming of practices and strategies are applied, from the linking of students in microenterprises of the sector, to support administrative management processes in the food sectoren-US
dc.descriptionEl propósito de este trabajo es desarrollar metodologías orientadas hacia una formación integral de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Abierta a Distancia (UNAD), que sirvan como base para la ejecución de procesos basados en aprendizaje autónomo, apuntando hacia una formación integral para la apropiación del conocimiento, a partir del desarrollo de actividades investigativas aplicadas, que propenda por el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en distintas regiones del país. Para este trabajo, se adoptó un enfoque metodológico mixto e investigación exploratoria, dada la necesidad de apoyo requerida por el entorno para el mejoramiento de sus procesos con el acompañamiento permanente desde la academia y la investigación. Las actividades se dividieron por fases que corresponden a la indagación, para identificación de elementos, las relaciones existentes entre estrategias de aprendizaje, y el diseño de estas para los cursos de Proyecto de Grado, Evaluación Sensorial y Bioquímica impartidos en los programas de Ingeniería de Sistemas e Ingeniería de Alimentos de la UNAD. Adicionalmente, se ejecutó una fase donde se construyen los syllabus, programación de prácticas y se aplican estrategias, a partir de la vinculación de estudiantes en microempresas del sector, para apoyar procesos de gestión administrativa en el sector alimentario.es-ES
