dc.description.abstractSe pretende con este manual brindar una guía elaborada de cómo interpretar correctamente los planos P&ID que se encuentran presentes en las etapas primarias, medianas y maduras de desarrollo de complejos industriales característicos de la industria del petróleo y gas, el manual está dotado con amplia representación de equipos, líneas y señales utilizadas en la refinación del petróleo crudo, estos símbolos cuentan con sistemas de control al momento de su impresión en los planos, dicho control de parámetros se hace mediante lazos de control para permitir que los sistemas sean productivos y sostenibles a través de la automatización de procesos. La simbología utilizada es una recopilación de homólogos presentes en diferentes sistemas internacionales de normalización, los símbolos aquí presentados están respaldados por normas internacionales de estandarización en donde la más comúnmente usada esla ISA debido a los numerosos procesos que abarca, define, controla y estandariza. Al final de la guía el usuario será capaz de reconocer tipos de procesos mediante la familiaridad con diferente simbología ilustrada, podrá identificar los controles aplicados a los procesos y será capaz de inferir resultados esperados en los complejos mediante un arreglo esquemático de instrumentación y control definido.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis manual is intended to provide an elaborate guide on how to correctly interpret the P&ID plans that are present in the primary, medium and mature stages of development of industrial complexes characteristic of the oil and gas industry, the manual is endowed with a wide representation of equipment, lines and signs used in the refining of crude oil, these symbols have control systems at the time of printing on the plans, said control of parameters is done through control loops to allow the systems to be productive and sustainable through of process automation. The symbology used is a compilation of counterparts present in different international standardization systems, the symbols presented here are supported by international standards of standardization where the most commonly used is the ISA due to the numerous processes it covers, define, control and standardize. At the end of the guide, the user will be able to recognize types of processes through familiarity with different illustrated symbols, will be able to identify the controls applied to the processes and will be able to infer expected results in the complexes through a schematic arrangement of instrumentation and defined control.
