dc.description.abstractEl fenómeno paramilitar tiene origen a principios de la década de los ochenta, y es solo sobre el final de esta y al inicio de los noventa cuando comienza a ser objeto de estudio el debate político entorno, que para el gobierno se denomina los grupos de justicia privada, para los militares eran autodefensas o mal llamados paramilitares. Queremos establecer como una novela hecha por Nicolás Maquiavelo, el príncipe, es hoy vigente en la problemática que se vive en nuestro estado de derecho, es decir en nuestra Nación Colombia con el paramilitarismo y la política. Principalmente en el resurgimiento de nuevos partidos y las ultimas elecciones hacia el congreso o el parlamento bicameral que existe actualmente. Muchos de estos partidos y sus integrantes encabezan de los que ostentan las creenciales parlamentarias son condenados, otros absueltos y otros esperan en cárcel del país que se resuelva su situación jurídica. Cuando fue la avaricia de los que decían ser Padres de la Patria y quienes hacen nuestras leyes por el deseo único de ostentar el poder que tuvieron que hacer alianzas con grupos que desplazaron, asesinaron y que desaparecieron a muchos de nuestros conciudadanos, a traicionar a sus amigos, a sus partidos políticos, y a sus miembros progenitores que los educaron bajo el mandato de la justicia y la religión. Pero el mismo estado que los arrullo, que fue permisivo, termino por asesinarlos, encarcelarlos incluso extraditarlos pues se sentían incompetentes para juzgarlos por nuestras propias leyes.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe paramilitary phenomenon has origin at the beginning of the eighty decade and just at the end of this decade and the beginning of the ninety, when started to be object of study, the political debate, that for the government is denominate the groups of private justice, for the military were self-defense or badly called paramilitary. We want to establish as a novel done by Nicolas Machiavelli, the prince, is today the present as a problematic that is living our state , it means that our Colombia Nation with the paramilitaries and the politic. Mainly, in the resurgence of new parties and the last elections toward the congress or the bicameral parlament that exists at the moment. Many of these parties and their members head of which shows the parlamentary credentials are condemned, other acquitted and others hope in jail of the country that their legal situation is resolved. When it was the avarice of the ones that were called the Parents of the country and whom make our laws by the only desire to show power had to make alliances with groups that forced the people to move, assessinated and disappear many of our fellow citizens, and also had to betray their friends and their political parties, and their own fathers that educate them under the mandate of justice and religion. But the same state that protects them, that was permissive; finish to assassinating them, to jail them and to extradite them because they feel incompetent to judge them by our own laws
