RESUMENLas IES realizan actividades que están estrechamente ligadas con la creación y difusión del conocimiento, la gestión tecnológica del conocimiento en una IES gira en torno al desarrollo de programas y proyectos de gestión de conocimiento bajo la definición de sistemas propios de gestión de conocimiento, como componentes prioritarios de desarrollo y proyección social. En este artículo presentamos los resultados de trabajos de investigación que se vienen realizando con universidades de Manizales desde una perspectiva analítica en torno a los componentes y la implementación de un sistema de gestión de conocimiento en una IES. ABSTRACTThe universities carries out activities that are closely bound with the creation and diffusion of the knowledge, the technology management of the knowledge in a university rotates around the development of programs and projects of a knowledge management and definition of systems characteristic of knowledge management, as high-priority components of development and social projection. In this article we present the results of investigations work that one comes carrying out with universities of Manizales from an analytic perspective around the components and the implementation of a system of knowledge management in a university.
