dc.description.abstractLa falta de documentos actualizados en una organización, sea cual sea, causa problemas de orden, control y sin duda operacionales. Este trabajo desarrollado en las instalaciones de la Gerencia Centro Oriente de ECOPETROL, se basa en buscar métodos de actualización de documentos tanto operacionales, como de seguridad para el fortalecimiento de la organización SMA y prevención de accidentes en sus instalaciones, además encontrando puntos críticos en las operaciones que comúnmente se realizan. Aquí se verán los manuales de operación de las Plantas de la Coordinación de Agua y Gas los cuales incluyen las Plantas de Tratamiento de Agua La Llana Campo 23, Planta Compresora de gas Lisama y la Planta de Inyección #5. En cada manual de cada Planta se muestran los procesos más destacados que se realizan ahí, llevándolos a un lenguaje fácil de entender para los operadores de las Plantas. Además, se muestran los ATS (Análisis de Trabajo Seguro) y PON (Procedimiento Operativo Normalizado para emergencias operativas) de las Plantas antes nombradas, para apoyo de la organización HSEQ de la Gerencia Centro Oriente y como instrumento de prevención al realizar tareas en las plantas que impliquen algún riesgo para el operario, así como para las instalaciones y la maquinaria.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe lack of documents upgraded in an organization, be which is, it causes order problems, control and without a doubt operational. This work developed in the facilities of the Gerencia Centro Oriente of ECOPETROL, is based on looking for methods of upgrade of documents so much operational, as of security for the invigoration of the organization SMA and prevention of accidents in its facilities, also finding critical points in the operations that commonly are carried out. Here they will see each other the manuals of operation of the Plants of the Coordinación de Agua y Gas which include the Plants of Treatment of Water The Flat Field 23, Compresora of gas it Plants Lisama and the Plant of Injection #5. In each manual of each Plant the most outstanding processes are shown that are carried out there, taking them to a language easy to understand for the operators of the Plants. Also, the ATS is shown (Analysis of Sure Work) and PON (Normalized Operative Procedure for operative emergencies) of the Plants before noted, for support of the organization HSEQ of the Management Center Guides and like instrument of prevention when carrying out tasks in the plants that imply some risk for the operative, as well as for the facilities and the machinery.
