dc.description.abstractEl plan de expansión de la empresa distribuidora de GN de la cabecera de Pelaya, Cesar no contempla llevar redes a los corregimientos de Costilla y San Bernardo a pesar de estar dentro de su mercado relevante autorizado y 9 kilómetros de distancia. Por esta razón, se desarrolla un proyecto de distribución de GLP por red para 1.234 usuarios en cofinanciación estatal. La propuesta para el nuevo mercado relevante especial se elaboró con metodología en cascada. Se definió el tipo de gas y el mejor método de distribución para el proyecto. Luego, se diseñaron las redes de distribución y los tanques estacionarios de GLP con software CAD y el cálculo de las pérdidas de presión con Mueller. Finalmente, se elaboró APU de todo el proyecto, matriz de cofinanciación, estudio tarifario y comparativo energético. El estudio técnico comparó el GN conectado desde un hot tap de gasoducto con el GLP suministrado por tanques estacionarios, arrojando costos de infraestructura de 85,15 COP/BTU para GN y 43,48 COP/BTU para GLP. El diseño estableció que para las líneas secundarias se instalarían 20.998 metros de tubería para Costilla (1 troncal y 12 anillos) y 16.225 metros para San Bernardo (1 troncal y 6 anillos). También, se instalarían 3 tanques estacionarios de 2.000 galones por corregimiento. El costo del proyecto fue de 4.374.209.910 COP cofinanciados (87% el SGR, 2,7% el municipio, 9,1% el constructor y 1,2% los usuarios). El estudio tarifario arrojó promedio de facturación de 9.774 COP/mes. Finalmente, el comparativo energético concluyó 0.0389 COP/Kcal de ahorro a favor del GLP por redes. Se concluyó la importancia de la cofinanciación estatal a los proyectos de masificación de gas a poblaciones rurales menores de 10.000 habitantes y la fragilidad del suministro de GLP ante los cambios de precios internacionales que promuevan el uso de CIAC en Colombia.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe expansion plan of the NG distribution company in Pelaya, Cesar does not contemplate bringing gas line to the towns of Costilla and San Bernardo, even though they are included in its authorized relevant market and are 9 kilometers away. For this reason, an LPG distribution project is being developed through a gas line for 1,234 users with state co-financing. The proposal for the new special relevant market was elaborated with a cascade methodology. The type of gas and the best distribution method for the project were defined. Then, the gas line distribution and Storage LPG tanks were designed with CAD software and pressure losses were calculated with Mueller. Finally, UPA of the entire project, co-financing matrix, tariff study and energy comparison were elaborated. The technical study compared NG connected from a gas pipeline hot tap with LPG supplied by storage tank, resulting in infrastructure costs of 85.15 COP/BTU for NG and 43.48 COP/BTU for LPG. The design established that for the secondary lines, 20,998 meters of pipe would be installed for Costilla (1 main gas line and 12 rings) and 16,225 meters for San Bernardo (1 main gas line and 6 rings). Also, three 2,000-gallon storage tanks would be installed in each town. The cost of the project was 4,374,209,910 COP, co-financed (87% by the SGR, 2.7% by the municipality, 9.1% by the constructor and 1.2% by the users). The tariff study showed an average billing of COP 9,774/month. Finally, the energy comparison concluded 0.0389 COP/Kcal savings in favor of LPG through gas lines. It was concluded the importance of state co-financing for gas massification projects for rural populations of less than 10,000 habitants and the fragility of LPG supply in the face of international price changes that promote the use of CIAC in Colombia.
