dc.description.abstractActualmente las resinas de poliéster están remplazando el uso del metal, vidrio y madera, ya que estas tienen propiedades fisicomecánicas afines. Se ha venido tratando de incorporar materiales de refuerzo para mejorar tales propiedades. Este trabajo es una forma de cómo adicionar ferrita de bario y estroncio como carga de relleno magnético, obteniéndose el material mediante el método de moldeo por contacto en frío y a baja presión para obtener tales mejorías y adicionar una nueva propiedad magnética, comportándose la resina como un imán permanente y rígido teniendo en cuenta su reacción de curado, bajo estudio de los diferentes factores de proceso como de los ambientales, para la obtención de un material óptimo, con especial cuidado en las fases del moldeo y la forma del modelo. Al tiempo mediante una encuesta se hace un sondeo para analizar el impacto en el mercado del producto, encontrando posibles múltiples aplicaciones siendo el uso artesanal y de decoración el de mayor impacto en Colombia, junto con otras variables que inciden en su costo de producción. Alcanzándose el objetivo de la mejora en las propiedades, es un reto para la ingeniería encontrar la forma de cómo mejorar la resistencia de la resina al ataque de hidrocarburos, aceites, ácidos y grasas.
dc.description.abstractenglishAt the moment the polyester resins are substituting the use of the metal, glass and wood, since these they have physical-mechanical estates you tune. One has come trying to incorporate reinforcement materials to improve such estates. This work is a way of like a adding is east work ferrite of barium and strontium like magnetica load of filling, obtaining the material by means of method of moulding by contact in cold and to low pressure to obtain such improvements and to add a new magnetic property, behaving the resin like a permanent and rigid imam. Considering its cured reaction of under study of the different factors of the process like from the environmental ones, for the obtaining of an optimal material, with special taken care of in the phases of the moulding and the form of the model. At the time by means of a survey a poll is made to analyze the impact in the market of the product, finding possible multiple applications being the handmade use and of decoration that of more impact in Colombia, together with other variables that impact in its cost of production. Being reached the objective of the improvement in the estates, it is a challenge for the engineering to find the form of how to improve the resistance from the resin to the attack of hydrocarbons, oils, acids and fats
