dc.description.abstractEl objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el desarrollo silvicultural de 5 clones de Eucalytus SPP que fueron sembrados Magdalena Medio colombiano en el en el municipio de Puerto Parra Santander. Los ensayos clonales fueron instalados en dos fincas en los años 2016 y 2017. Se evaluaron las variables altura total, diámetro a la altura del pecho, volumen del árbol y supervivencia de los árboles en los primeros 12 meses de siembra. Los datos obtenidos fueron sometidos a un análisis descriptivo y sujetos a pruebas de normalidad, finalmente después de aplicar la prueba Kruskal-Wallis fue posible concluir que los clones DE00020 y GU01426 muestran un comportamiento sobresaliente de acuerdo a las variables evaluadas, en términos de supervivencia cabe mencionar que todos los clones evidenciaron valores interesantes que van desde 94% hasta 100% lo que podría dar cuenta de una buena adaptación a las condiciones ambientales del sitio en el primer año. Es preciso aclarar que los resultados obtenidos son parciales ya que corresponden al primer año de establecimiento, se recomienda replicar los clones evaluados en nuevos ensayos y continuar con la medición y evaluación anual de ensayos ya instalados para identificar posibles cambios en el comportamiento hasta que se haya alcanzado el séptimo año de edad. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of the study was to evaluate the silvicultural development of 5 Eucalyptus SPP clones that were planted in the Colombian Magdalena Medio in the municipality of Puerto Parra Santander. The clonal trials were installed in two farms in the years 2016 and 2017. The variables total height, diameter at breast height, tree volume and survival of the trees in the first 12 months of planting were evaluated. The obtained data were subjected to a descriptive analysis and subjected to normality tests, finally after applying the Kruskal-Wallis test it was possible to conclude that the clones DE00020 and GU01426 show an outstanding behavior according to the evaluated variables, in terms of survival it is worth mentioning that all the clones showed interesting values ranging from 94% to 100%, which could account for a good adaptation to the environmental conditions of the site in the first year. It is necessary to clarify that the results obtained are partial since they correspond to the first year of establishment, It is recommended to replicate the clones evaluated in new trials and continue with the measurement and annual evaluation of already installed trials to identify possible changes in behavior until the seventh year of age has been reached. *
