| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento describe en forma didáctica los principales aspectos a tener en cuenta, para la elaboración de un plan de contingencia aplicable a cualquier sistema de Operación y Mantenimiento de gasoductos teniendo en cuenta parámetros legislativos actuales, las normas existentes para tal fin, aspectos básicos descriptivos operacionales que deben encontrarse comúnmente en la actividad de transporte de gas, así como los posibles eventos generadores de una contingencia. Se encuentran las definiciones básicas de todos los eventos que involucran un suceso que conlleva a una emergencia, funciones del personal que participa en cada uno de los niveles de activación de la emergencia tomando como base la preparación previa, para lo cual se determinan funciones del personal de una empresa determinada en el antes, durante y después de los eventos, así como los organismos de apoyo que están involucrados y los alcances de cada ente con ocasión a la respuesta a la emergencia. Igualmente se plantea la importancia de estar preparados para tal fin, resaltando que cualquier organización que tenga implementado un sistema de Plan de Contingencia facilita la labor de apoyo ante un evento y por consiguiente reduce las posibles perdidas que se generan por situaciones inesperadas, describiendo los alcances y evaluaciones que se deben diligenciar en forma sencilla y clara | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present document describes in a didactic form the main aspects that should bekept in mind for the elaboration of an applicable contingency plan to any operationsystem and maintenance of gas pipeline keeping in mind the current legislativeparameters, the existent norms for such an aim, the operational descriptive basicaspects that should be commonly in the activity of transport of gas, as well as thepossible generating events of a contingency. Here are the basic definitions of all the events that involve an event that bears to anemergency, the personnel's that participates in each one of the levels of activation ofthe emergency taking functions like base the previous preparation, for that which thepersonnel's of a company functions are determined at the beginning, during and afterthe events, as well as the support organisms that are involved and the reaches of eachentity with occasion to the answer to the emergency.
