dc.description.abstractEn esta monografía se presentan los diferentes tipos de limpieza interna, para líneas de transporte de petróleo y gas. Así mismo, se describen las ventajas y aplicabilidad que tiene cada tipo de limpieza y se sugiere un esquema de limpieza mecánica interna para ductos de transporte de crudo multifásico y gas natural. El documento cierra con la proposición de un esquema de limpieza mecánica interna de ductos con base en dos escenarios de mantenimiento preventivo, rutinario y basado en la condición del material de la línea de transporte y características del fluido. El estudio conceptual contenido en el presente documento, fue realizado a partir de la necesidad de ejecutar limpiezas eficientes en líneas de transporte, con el fin de mantener la calidad de los fluidos en la cadena de suministro de la industria de petróleo y gas, así como la integridad de la tubería durante su ciclo de vida. La monografía fue desarrollada con base en nuestra experiencia en las operaciones de producción, mantenimiento y transporte de crudo y gas, aportes de expertos en el sector y consultas realizadas en documentos técnicos, normas y códigos de ingeniería aplicables. La información recopilada apalancó nuestra propuesta de esquema y estrategias de limpieza mecánica interna de líneas de transporte.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph presents the different types of internal cleaning, for oil and gas transportation pipelines. Likewise, the advantages and applicability of each type of cleaning are described and an internal mechanical cleaning scheme is suggested for transport pipelines of multiphase crude oil and natural gas. The document closes with the proposition of a scheme of internal mechanical cleaning of ducts based on two scenarios of preventive maintenance, routine and based on the condition of the material of the transport line and characteristics of the fluid. The conceptual study contained in this document was made from the need to perform efficient cleanings in transport lines in order to maintain the quality of fluids in the supply chain of the oil and gas industry, as well as the integrity of the pipeline during its life cycle. The monograph was developed based on our experience in crude oil and gas production, maintenance and transportation operations, contributions of experts in the sector and consultations in technical documents, standards and engineering codes applicable. The information gathered leveraged our proposal of scheme and strategies of internal mechanical cleaning of transport lines.
