dc.description.abstractEn el procesamiento de pulpa de fruta es necesario tener facilidades en los servicios, como lo son aire, agua, vapor y frio. El circuito de enfriamiento se encuentra formado por chillers y bombas, que tiene la finalidad de entregar agua fría al proceso. En los últimos años los chillers han tenido una limitante por el número de paradas presentadas que se han manifestado en la indisponibilidad de frio. Por lo tanto, el objeto de esta monografía es desarrollar un plan de mantenimiento basado en el modelo de RCM para un CHILLER MODELO CGAM MARCA TRANE DE 120 TR. Para ello se utilizó el histórico de las condiciones de operación, análisis y modos de fallas que afectan su confiabilidad, se clasificaron por especialidad para identificar la que más impacta y poder señalar posibles puntos de falla. Se busca generar un listado de actividades y/o rutinas de mantenimiento, teniendo en cuenta la metodología RCM, para facilitar la programación del mantenimiento del equipo en el sistema de información.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the processing of fruit pulp it is necessary to have installations in the services, such as air, water, steam and cold. The cooling circuit is made up of chillers and pumps, which has the purpose of delivering cold water to the process. In recent years, the chillers have had a limitation due to the number of stops presented that have manifested themselves in the unavailability of cold. Therefore, the purpose of this monograph is to develop a methodology based on the RCM model in a CHILLER MODEL CGAM BRAND TRANE OF 120 TR, for which the history of the operating conditions, analysis and failure modes that follow its evolution was extracted. Reliability, they were classified by specialty to identify the one that has the most impact and to be able to point out points of failure. The aim is to generate a list of activities and/or maintenance routines, considering the RCM methodology, to facilitate the programming of equipment maintenance in the information system.
